I did not know how badly my washing machine needed cleaning until I tried these. I always thought products like this were a scam because doesnt washing detergent clean the washer while cleaning the clothes?I also wondered why my clothes have a slightly sour and began to make me itch.
I followed the instructions and ran my washer twice (one with the cleaner, one without). Thin I filled up the washer and washed a load of clothes. Low and behold my clothes and bedding not longer smell odd or itch!

Our front loader has been somewhat musty-smelling for years, and even running bleach cycles wasn’t enough to get rid of it. I don’t know what’s in these tablets, but after running one of these was the first time our washer had smelled clean in YEARS.The tablets are very small, only about half the size of a domino. Fortunately, this also prevents a self clean cycle from stopping because it detects a load in the washer – our washer is very persnickety, even when it is empty it refuses to start a self clean cycle about 2/3 of the time, sensing there’s an item in the washer.
Despite the small size, it generates a great deal of froth, so it seems to be cleaning every nook and cranny. Highly recommend!

I'll admit, I often forget about cleaning the washing machine itself. It seems counterintuitive, but it gets dirty too! Yikes a lot of crud was hanging out in my washer!
Just drop one of the individually wrapped tablets in the empty washer drum and run a regular cycle with hot water.
Soap scum, laundry detergent residue and whatever else is there is broken up and rinsed away. Any residue left in the drum should be wiped away.
Since it takes the hot water eons to reach my washer, it was taking some time to dissolve the tablet. The next time, I pre-dissolved the tab in a hot bucket of water then dumped it in washer.
I don’t do much laundry, so judging by directions to use 1 tab monthly, these should last me 2 years...nice ;) -

These work so well for cleaning out washers! I ran this in my washing machine with some hot water and a quick cycle and it came out so clean. I did include a rinse after to get rid of any water marks and the washer looked near new. I love how efficient this is for cleaning without having me needing to reach inside and rub the whole interior of the washer myself. There’s no strange afterscent or fragrance from the cleaning tablets either.
